Prescription Collections and Deliveries in Southampton

You can post your prescription to Kingsland Pharmacy or inform us of the surgery from which the prescription could be collected.

For peace of mind, post prescriptions by First Class Recorded Delivery. Your post can be tracked and will be delivered promptly. Remember to include contact details as one of our pharmacists might need to discuss the prescription with you.

Surgeries can be requested to fax prescriptions to Kingsland Pharmacy to expedite the delivery process. We will then collect the prescription from them.

Delivery is free of charge and will be carried out by our delivery driver, registered post, or courier service as arranged with you.

Kingsland Pharmacy offers the Electronic Prescription Service, allowing you to nominate a pharmacy to receive your medicines or appliances.

Your GP will electronically send your prescription to the pharmacy you've nominated. This means:

- If you usually collect your repeat prescriptions from your GP, you won't need to visit the GP practice to pick up a paper prescription, saving you time.

- You'll have more flexibility in where to collect your medicines, as they can be obtained from a pharmacy near your home, workplace, or shopping area.

- You may experience shorter waiting times at the pharmacy, as your repeat prescriptions could be prepared in advance of your arrival.
